NutroFry Red Palm Olein

NutroFry Red Palm Olein is a vitamin-rich, sustainably certified vegetable oil excellent for cooking and frying at high temperatures.

NutroFry is produced from freshly picked, ripened palm fruitlets, which have a high content of antioxidant beta-carotenes (pro-Vitamin A) and tocopherols and tocotrienols (Vitamin E). These naturally occurring antioxidants are retained in the oil by a mild refining process.

NutroFry contains no additives, cholesterol or trans fats and the oil is 100% natural and GMO-free. Like other palm oleins, NutroFry has a bland, neutral taste.

Recommended Applications
The high amount of antioxidants in NutroFry makes the oil very resistant to oxidation and thus an ideal solution for deep-frying and cooking. The antioxidants give the product an extended fry life compared to other vegetable oils, and they enhance the nutritional value and colouring qualities of the food.

Natural colorant

Due to its high beta-carotene content, NutroFry is reddish in colour, which makes it ideal as a natural colorant. NutroFry is thus perfect for blending into different foods such as margarines, mayonnaise, snacks, instant noodles, cheese and bakery products, giving the products a golden appearance.
