NutroBake Red Palm Shortening

NutroBake Red Palm Shortening is a yellow-orange vegetable fat excellent for tenderising baked products and at the same time functioning as a natural colorant and vitamin rich nutrient.
NutroBake is made from non-hydrogenated red palm oil, which is free from harmful trans fatty acids, cholesterol-free and rich in natural antioxidants namely beta-carotene (pro-Vitamin A), tocopherols and tocotrienols (Vitamin E).

Recommended Applications
NutroBake Red Palm Shortening is suitable for the manufacture of biscuits, bread, cakes, pastry, cookies, centre creams and margarines and deep-frying and instant noodle production.
The high carotene content also makes NutroBake ideal as a natural food colorant.
